Mildale Farm is a stunning 20 acre farm that is available to rent for events.  There is a large barn for reception, plus two houses for your wedding party to stay in if you wished.  You can have your rehearsal, wedding, and reception all in one place and experience the most relax wedding weekend!  The grounds are beautiful with brick driveways, grassy pastures, and a large pond.  One of my favorite places to shoot!  Plus there are so many different ways you can set up your event…so no two weddings could ever be alike here!

How many people?
Mildale Farm can accommodate parties of up to 400 people.
Caterers?  (can you bring in your own)
You are able to bring in vendors of your choice. We do not have a preferred vendor list which provides flexibility for you to choose exactly who you would like to cater your party.
liquor?  (can you bring your own)
You are welcome to purchase you alcohol through a wholesale liquor store. Our regulations include: 1. No cash bar due to cash handling restrictions. 2. Self service is welcome, but if you are using a bartender they must be TIPS Certified. 3. Security must be on-site if you are serving alcohol, however this service is included in your rental fee.
Tables and Chairs?  (are they provided)
With your rental we have an inventory of 400 white padded chairs, enough round tables to seat approximately 320 people, 6 rectangular banquet tables, a 15’x 15.5’ dance floor, and an 8’x8’ stage. A Full Rental (the entire weekend from Thursday-Monday) includes two fully stocked homes which comfortably sleep 12 guests, a fire-pit in the woods behind the Estate House, a putting green, multiple ponds to fish in, an English Garden, and 22 acres to explore.
Linens?  Decor?  (are they provided or offered)
The barn provides a rustic romantic setting with dimmer switches to provide ambiance to your lighting, but all linens and décor will need to be brought in by the renter.
How late can we stay?
Guests are welcome to keep the party going until midnight, which is when alcohol will need to stop being served, and all reception guests will need to vacate the property by 1am.
Can it be set up the day before?
All of the set-up and clean-up is the renter’s responsibility, and must be done within your rental time-frame. To save our renters the hassle we suggest you speak with your caterer when you are booking with them to see if they are willing to provide assistance with set-up and clean-up.
What makes this space unique?
This venue has prairie views for miles and miles. It is a rustic country setting that will provide a lasting impression for your guests. Part of the beauty is that very little decoration is needed to make the space warm and inviting, but if you love bling, it can become an enchanted country setting that fits you to the tee.
