How many people does the space accommodate?  We can accommodate 300 in the ballroom and 50 in the bistro room.

Do you cater or do you allow other caterers in?  We provide all food except wedding cakes.

Liquor: can people bring in their own?  We are a licensed drinking establishment and therefore provide all alcohol.

Do you provide tables and chairs?  Yes, they are included in the price of the room.

Linens?  Decor?  (are they provided or offered) Yes, they are included in the price of the room.

How late do you allow wedding receptions to stay?  Midnight

Can it be set up the day before?  It depends if the room is booked or not.

What is the most unique wedding you have seen in your space?  It’s hard to say, we have had so many…perhaps the one with an Indian Dance Ensemble out of KC.

What makes this space unique?  It is a large contemporary space with neutral decor. Over the past 15 years, we have become the definition of Lawrence Catering.
