Beth and I were able to visit Foundation together…I am pretty sure Beth had to calm me down a few times…I was in heaven!  We both loved the space…and Patrick is so much fun!

If you are looking for a unique space, with the urban feel…THIS IS IT!

Foundation is originally an architectural reclamation store…getting many inquires for Events, they decided to move the store to the upper level…and use the first floor for a Fabulously Funky event space.  I have to admit…as soon as I walked in the door I was in love..their sat the most amazing piece of history…and something that hits close to home.

Foundation’s building was built in 1875.  The space lets you mold your event.  Patrick the owner loves that the space lends itself to each bride bring in her own personality.  With every event that Foundation hosts, he wants it to feel like a the first time you have been there.  Even if you have been there time and time again!

Foundation can seat up to 265 guests.  There is sitting (table and chairs) for up to 250.  They have an open door policy on Food and Liquor.  There is a prep kitchen on site for the caterers, and a bar for your drinks.

A very valid tip from Patrick ~ “Be sure to check that the space you are renting has the correct and VALID permits. Ask them to show you, look it up.  Also, ask if the people renting you the space OWN the building…and what would happen if they do not, and the owners kick them out?”
