As most of our followers know, it’s been an extremely cold winter so far! But that hasn’t stopped us from getting out and braving the bitter temps with some amazing couples! Courtney and Dale lucked out with some warmer weather… in the 30’s or 40’s. Yeah, warm, right? Compared to the negatives we’d been seeing, that was a nice day to get out! This soon-to-be bride and groom were so much fun to photograph! I’m pretty sure I had a smile on my face from the time we started shooting and all the way through editing these photos. They have a seriously strong connection that I loved witnessing first hand, and I cannot wait until their wedding day!!
This may be one of my favorite engagement session moments of all time. We shot this session the day after Christmas. So you can imagine the crowds and all the hustle and bustle on plaza. It was the busiest I’ve ever seen it. Amidst all of the post-holiday shopping chaos, we found this breathtaking saxophone player on the corner of a busy intersection. We asked him to play a little tune for Courtney and Dale to dance to under the plaza lights, and a small crowd formed around us with several others taking photos as well. It was the perfect ending to an amazing engagement session!
