It’s a world class Art Museum. Spectacular event settings promise an experience that cannot be duplicated elsewhere.
What a breath-taking space this is for your wedding!! The Nelson-Atkins has several different spaces available for rent and they are all fabulous! Here are the details:
How many people does the space accomodate? Kirkwood Hall and Rozzelle Court for cocktail receptions 1,000, Served or Buffet Dinners – Rozzelle Court, our restaurant, daytime seating tables of 4 – 244. Evening set with tables of six seats 200. Other options are available with seating in Kirkwood but need to rent tables and chairs. Lens 2 in the Bloch Building seats 96, cocktail reception up to 135.
Do you cater or do you allow other caterers in? Rozzelle Court Restaurant is our exclusive caterer
Do you provide tables and chairs? There are tables and chairs in Rozzelle Court restaurant; otherwise we need to rent them.
Linens? Decor? White linens provided in Rozzelle Court otherwise we need to rent them. We have several sources for linen rentals and a preferred florist list.
How late do you allow wedding receptions to stay? 12 midnight
Can it be set up the day before? Depends on the space
What is the most unique wedding you have seen in your space? They have all been spectacular.
What makes this space unique? It’s a world class Art Museum. Select galleries open for guests to view the art.
