How many people does the space accommodate?
Our capacity on the main floor for a seated event is 175. This doesn’t include a large stage area that can be used for head tables, dancing, or overflow seating for up to 50 more people. There is also a spacious balcony that can provide additional overflow.

Do you cater or do you allow other caterers in?
We have no special arrangements with any catering companies, but would be happy to assist you in your search.
Liquor: can people bring in their own?
Kansas State Law requires that we handle, purchase and vend any alcohol.
Do you provide tables and chairs?
Yes we do provide tables and chairs.
Linens? Decor? (are they provided or offered)
We offer tablecloth rental and sound system and video projection rental.
How late do you allow wedding receptions to stay?
The space rental is a 4 hour reception block of time.
Can it be set up the day before?
The space is available for your set-up all day.
